Realogic Budget Support

REALOGIC BUDGET support is available during normal business hours (CST).  

Submit tickets. Please do not directly email or call REALOGIC personnel.

We recommend using the link in the application: Help (sliding pane) > Support Ticket. This creates a ticket that includes information about where you are in the application. It helps the Support Team research and resolve the issue faster.

Also, support tickets can be created by directly emailed to us at: helpdesk@realogicinc.com or helpdesk@realogic.net

When submitting a ticket, please include as much of the following as possible (if necessary): Budget, Building, Section (area/tab/etc.), Reports, an Explanation of the issue or question, Screenshot(s) and Phone Number. 

You can also submit a support ticket using the Submit a request link at the top of the page.
