Locked Out


Your account is locked out...


Incorrectly entering a password five times will cause a User to be locked out of the application.


Organization Administration Users

Unlocking Users is a task only for Organization Administrators, i.e. "Super-Users". If you are locked out, please contact your organization's administrator for further assistance. As a last resort, submit a support ticket.
  1. Go to Organization Admin Users.
  2. Check the "Is Locked Out" box on the toolbar.
  3. Select User.
  4. Click Edit on the toolbar or right click select Edit from the menu.
  5. Uncheck the "Is Locked Out" box and Save on the toolbar or right click select from the menu.
  6. Edit Password if needed.
