Your account is locked out...
Incorrectly entering a password five times will cause a User to be locked out of the application.
Organization Administration Users
Unlocking Users is a task only for Organization Administrators, i.e. "Super-Users". If you are locked out, please contact your organization's administrator for further assistance. As a last resort, submit a support ticket.
- Go to .
- Check the "Is Locked Out" box on the toolbar.
- Select User.
- Click Edit on the toolbar or right click select Edit from the menu.
- Uncheck the "Is Locked Out" box and Save on the toolbar or right click select from the menu.
